During recruitment, every student is expected to bring something MORE to the table. It is thus mandatory for him/her to go beyond academics and learn things which will give him/her an edge over the others. This is where training plays an important role.

At Training Cell of IMCC Campus, we understand this necessity and align our activities in a way that will enhance student’s knowledge and give him/her confidence to face placement drives.

We conduct different activities throughout the year. Some of them are as listed below: –

Training Programs – Here we organize training programs of technical as well as non-technical nature. Technical trainings help students to learn recent cutting-edge technologies while non-technical trainings hone their inter-personal skills. Corporate Readiness Program, Employability Enhancement Trainings, etc are some of our popular trainings conducted for students.
Mock Tests and Mock Interviews – Students have to regularly answer mock tests and appear for mock interviews. These help them prepare for the industry and get accustomed to recruitment process. Mock Interviews are conducted by industry experts.
Guest Lectures – Guest Lectures are great opportunities for students to listen to industry speakers and become aware of how professional world operates. Interaction with the speakers helps students connect with them and expand their horizons.
LEAP Program – Under this program we tie up with different esteemed organizations to deliver some course or conduct a professional training for our students. Some of our knowledge partners under LEAP program are Harbinger System, Radon Tech, Veritas, Soham Dadarkar Academy.
Psychometric Tests – Psychometric tests and SWOT analysis are efficient ways to understand the capabilities and shortcomings of a student. Using this analysis, it is possible to recommend trainings to students to work on their weaknesses and also to better utilize their strengths.
Mentoring Sessions – These sessions are conducted for students by industry experts. They help in making students more aware about the industry and in overcoming their fear about it. Also, mentoring sessions help in keeping students focused and motivated to achieve their professional goals.
