Second Year MBA students visited Piaggio Vehicles Pvt. Ltd., 2 Wheeler Plant, Baramati as part of their experiential learning initiative. The visit provided valuable exposure to large-scale two-wheeler manufacturing processes, including assembly operations, quality control systems and manufacturing practices. Students gained practical insights into how different management functions integrate within a production environment.
The interaction sessions were guided by Ms. Nutan Kumari (Manager – HR), who shared insights on the company; Mr. Mandar Thombare (HR Business Partner), who explained the relevance of various MBA specializations within the organization; and Mr. Pritam Chhajed (2 Wheeler Plant Head), who addressed students on plant operations and leadership perspectives.
Overall, the visit offered a meaningful blend of technical exposure and managerial learning, strengthening students’ understanding of real-world industrial operations
