MBA students recently participated in an insightful and hands-on
training session focused on Group Discussion (GD) skills — an
essential component of placement preparation and corporate hiring
processes.
Led by experts Shreelekha Kumar, Arundhati Katdare, and Suryaa Pawar,
the session provided students with the right blend of strategy,
structure, and confidence to excel in GD rounds.
Session highlights included:

? Techniques to initiate, participate, and conclude discussions
effectively
? Managing group dynamics and staying assertive yet respectful
? Practice rounds with expert observations and feedback
