Maharashtra Education Society’s Institute of Management and Career Courses (IMCC), Pune, successfully organized the AI, Life & Employability Skill Training Program for the MBA students in association with Magic Bus India Foundation, Pune Region, with the generous support of the Infosys Foundation. The program was conducted from 16th June to 30th June 2026 at the IMCC Seminar Hall.
The intensive training program was designed to bridge the gap between academic learning and industry expectations by equipping students with essential employability skills and emerging AI competencies. Throughout the program, students actively participated in interactive sessions, hands-on activities, case studies, and practical assignments conducted by experienced industry trainers.
The training covered a wide range of contemporary topics, including AI Fundamentals, Generative AI, Machine Learning Concepts, Prompt Engineering, AI-powered Presentation Tools, Data Analysis using Advanced Excel, Research Techniques, Mind Mapping, Podcast Creation, Communication Skills, Growth Mindset, Aptitude Development, Time and Stress Management, Spoken English, Placement Preparation, and Mock Interviews.
The program enabled students to:
- Gain practical exposure to Artificial Intelligence tools and their workplace applications.
- Develop industry-relevant communication and presentation skills.
- Strengthen analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities through activity-based learning.
- Improve confidence for placement drives through aptitude training and mock interviews.
- Build professional competencies such as teamwork, adaptability, time management, and emotional resilience.
- Enhance their overall employability and career readiness.
The students enthusiastically participated in every session and appreciated the practical approach adopted by the trainers. The interactive nature of the program, coupled with real-world applications, significantly boosted their confidence and preparedness for the corporate environment.
Upon successful completion of the training, participants were awarded Certificates sponsored by the Infosys Foundation, recognizing their commitment and active participation.
