MES’ Institute of Management & Career Courses (IMCC), Pune, warmly welcomed the new batch of MCA students through the MCA Induction Programme 2026- “विद्यारंभ” 2026.
The induction programme marked the beginning of an exciting academic journey, with an encouraging welcome address by the Head of the Department MCA, Dr. Ravikant Zirmite and institutional journey guidance by Deputy Director,MBA HOD, Dr. Manasi Bhate. Faculties and team volunteers introduced students to the institute’s academic culture, different cell orientation, learning opportunities, professional expectations and the ever-evolving world of technology.
The programme featured insightful interactions with eminent speakers and industry experts, providing students with valuable perspectives on emerging technologies, industry practices, Artificial Intelligence, career opportunities, and the skills required to thrive in the digital era.
The Chief Guest, Mr. Atul Jadhav, Founder, Modelcam Technologies, shared insightful perspectives on Artificial Intelligence, emerging technologies, and industry expectations from Gen Z. His address encouraged students to understand the changing technology landscape and prepare themselves with the skills and mindset required for the future workplace.
The Chief Guest, Dr. Dhyaneshwar Shelke, Chief Operating Officer, BVG Maharashtra Emergency Services, shared valuable insights on the keys
to success in a fast-changing world. His inspiring address highlighted the importance of adaptability, continuous learning, discipline, and
the right attitude for achieving personal and professional growth.
MES’s IMCCs Induction programme encouraged students to look beyond academics, develop a growth mindset, embrace continuous learning
and prepare themselves to become confident and responsible technology professionals.
