The Co-Curricular Cell of the IMCC MBA Department successfully organized the Specialization–Guidance Lecture Series titled “Pathfinder 2026” for MBA Semester II students. The series was designed to support students aspiring to specialize in Human Resources, Marketing, Business Analytics, and Finance. The primary objective of the initiative was to offer practical insights into the working environment, industry expectations, and career opportunities across these domains, thereby enabling students to make informed and confident decisions regarding their choice of specialization.
With the intention of extending the benefits of this initiative beyond IMCC, the sessions were conducted in hybrid mode as a Student Exchange Initiative. Students from IMCC, partner institutes under MoUs, and other management institutions actively participated, fostering academic collaboration and cross-institutional learning.
Mr. Nitant Joshi, HR Leader and HR Business Partner at TomTom, conducted an informative session for students pursuing the Human Resource Management specialization.
The session provided valuable industry perspectives, real-world applications, and guidance on career pathways in the Human Resource Management domain.
