The IMCC MBA Co-curricular Activity Cell organized “OB Canvas 2026 – Poster Presentation & Competition”, providing a creative and engaging platform for first-year MBA students to explore and showcase their understanding of various themes in Organizational Behaviour (OB) and their relevance in today’s dynamic business environment.
A total of 69 posters were presented by the students, reflecting their knowledge, creativity, and understanding of contemporary workplace practices. The three best posters were recognized and awarded prizes for their outstanding presentations.
The posters were evaluated by Mr. Anurag Salve, Assistant Manager – Learning & Development, Speridian Technologies, an esteemed industry expert.
The event offered students a valuable opportunity to gain industry insights, receive constructive feedback, and learn through meaningful interactions with the industry expert. It served as an effective platform for experiential learning, creative expression, and industry-academia interaction.
