MAH MCA Admission Process
MAH MCA Admission is a four stage process - online application, online exam, result and CAP Round. Here’s an overview:
STEP 1: MAH MCA CET Online application process
Application forms for MAH MCA CET are made available online on the scheduled date. Interested candidates can download the forms from the DTE, Maharashtra website (https://auth.maharashtracet.org/...) CET admit card is made available for download from the scheduled date. The candidates can download admit cards from their individual login from the official website of DTE Maharashtra.
STEP 2: MAH MCA CET Online Exam
MAH MCA CET is conducted in online mode. The question paper consists of 50 Multiple Choice Questions to be answered in stipulated time which also has negative marking system.
STEP 3: MAH MCA CET results
The MAH MCA CET result is declared in the month of May. The result is available on the official website of DTE Maharashtra and the candidates can download their result through their login credentials. Then candidates fill Option Forms. College allotment list is made available in candidate’s login.
STEP 4: MAH MCA CAP Round
DTE Official Website displays the schedule of CAP Rounds. Document Verification of the candidate is done through Admission Reporting Centre (ARC). The candidate has to report to allotted college for completing admission process.

MAH–MBA/MMS CET Admission Process 2026–2027
The admission process for the MAH–MBA/MMS CET is structured into five comprehensive stages. Candidates are advised to follow the steps below to ensure a smooth application and enrollment process.
Step 1: Online Application for MAH–MBA/MMS CET
- The application process is conducted online as per the schedule announced by the State CET Cell, Maharashtra.
- Interested candidates must register and complete the application form through the official website.
- The admit card is released online and can be downloaded using the candidate's login credentials.
Important:
· APAAR ID and Aadhaar ID are mandatory for CET registration.
· Candidates who have not generated their APAAR ID must create it through DigiLocker before applying.
Step 2: MAH–MBA/MMS CET Online Examination
- The MAH–MBA/MMS CET is conducted in computer-based (online) mode.
- The question paper consists of Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) to be completed within the stipulated time.
- No negative marking system is applicable as per the examination guidelines.
Tentative MAH–MBA/MMS CET 2026 Examination Dates:
· 1st Attempt: 06 April 2026 to 08 April 2026
· 2nd Attempt: 09 May 2026
Step 3: Declaration of Results
- The MAH–MBA/MMS CET results are generally declared in the month of May on the official website.
- Candidates can download their scorecards using their login credentials.
Step 4: Centralized Admission Process (CAP) Rounds
- The CAP Round schedule is announced on the official DTE website.
- Candidates must complete document verification at the designated Admission Reporting Centre (ARC).
Step 5: After Results Declaration
- Candidates must fill the Option / Preference Form, based on which the college allotment list is published in the candidate's login.
- After seat allotment, candidates must report to the allotted institute to complete the admission formalities.

- The final MBA fees for Academic Year 2026–27 will be applicable as prescribed by the Shikshan Shulka Samiti, Mumbai, in accordance with MAH–MBA/MMS CET 2026 norms.

1. What is the APAAR ID, and is it mandatory?
Yes, the APAAR ID (Automated Personal Academic Account Registry) is mandatory for the 2026-27 registration. It acts as a "One Nation, One Student ID." You must create this via DigiLocker before you begin your CET application.
2. Can I apply for the MAH-MBA/MMS CET if I don't have an Aadhaar Card?
No. A valid Aadhaar ID is required for the registration process to verify your identity and link your academic records.
3. Is there a penalty for wrong answers in the CET?
No, there is no negative marking in the MAH-MBA/MMS CET. Candidates are encouraged to attempt all questions within the stipulated time.
4. How many attempts can I take for the CET in 2026?
The State CET Cell has scheduled two attempts: the first in early April and the second in early May. Please check the official portal for eligibility regarding multiple attempts.
5. What is the "CAP" Round?
The Centralized Admission Process (CAP) is the online portal where the state handles seat allotments for all participating MBA/MMS colleges based on your CET score and college preferences.
6. Where do I go for document verification?
Initial document verification is conducted at designated Admission Reporting Centres (ARC). Once verified there, you must report to your allotted college for final admission.

Syllabus and Marking Scheme for MAH-MBA/MMS-CET 2026
Eligibility:
Eligibility for admission requires the candidate to be a graduate of any faculty of any University whose degree is recognized to be equivalent to the corresponding degrees of Savitribai Phule Pune University.
Duration:
The Duration of this course shall be one academic Year.
Examination:
The examination is held at the end of the academic year. The course consists of five papers, each of 100 marks.
Standard and grades of passing:
The Candidate has to secure a minimum of 40% marks in each subject and an aggregate of 50% is in Pass class. The candidate securing 54% or above 50 aggregate to pass in Second Class. A candidate securing 60% or above 54 aggregates would be declared to have passed in First Class, and one securing 70% or above shall be declared to have obtained a distinction.
